In order to do a correct Rietveld Analysis, we must have a model (calculated structure from a CIF file) that is somewhat similar to the data we have. If the initial structure is not matching and you try to refine, it won't improve, you must do a manual adjustment, and then try to refine. If you are struggling with some data, let me help you.
