Does polymer to drug ratio affects the pattern or % drug release from BSA Nanoparticles?

I am preparing Drug loaded BSA Nps

So, How 1:300 and 1:5 ratio of drug to polymer affect the % drug release or its pattern?

Dear Nisith,

It is expected that the rate of drug release will be affected by the increase in polymer (albumin) content in the nanoparticles. composition of 1:5 is expected to release larger percentage of drug compared to the composition of 1:300.
