When we cool down a room keeping the pressure same, the gas equations imply that particle density should increase. Does this happen and if so , does it affect our human system?
In order to keep the gas pressure constant while cooling it down you need to decrease the volume of available space or pump more gas. (P * V=m * r * T), and at either of the above mentioned cases the density of the gas will increase.
As for the second part of your question, I can not answer for sure.
