What are the scientific basis and best acceptable modelling theory which exist prove projections of CC data and analysis of uncertainty analysis scientifically?

Thaks all, But we are still threatening data are accurate, those are same in regional or global scale, all modeling or simulations only correct that one researcher published modelling in one year and another the year before and same year same week using same data? So we are in accurate in projections or all presumptions are increasing temp. day by day.
About 30 years ago Europe reached a level of energy use that was 10% of the solar input. Most large physical processes are disturbed at the 10% level and higher. The energy usage in Europe is not uniform so there is an expectation that local weather patterns are affected by local energy usage. Europe scale effects are also expected under some conditions. Clearly, as Kenneth stated, there is anthropogenic climate change.
The models that predict CO2 effect on climate do not include local effects and have not been verified for large-scale effects. The uncertainties preclude any predictions.

The estimate was from memory. Likely, we used different area. The 10% estimate came from a project I was doing in 1978.
