Integration of CC related project activities should be addressed in EIA process to reduce or minimize the impacts which gradually contribute in CC.

that applies to CC related activities that mitigate CC or are having environmental side effects.

It does not apply to adaptation activities without such side effects.

For example the CC related adaptation and learning activities in the attached paper do have no relationships with EIA.
