Yes, light suffers a phase change of pi when reflected from ideal mirror!

Please remember, whenever light is reflected from a high refractive index media (compared to the media in which light is currently travelling) , it suffers a phase change of pi.

And, when it is reflected from a low refractive index media, there is no phase change.
