Maturing cognitively means learning to predict the unpredictable and outlining the multiple possible truths without being satisfied with one alone. As I compare my youthful writings with the more recent ones, I note dogmatic statements in the earlier ones and the delineating of many possibilities in the later ones. Knowledge embraces an array of possible right answers. Therefore, dear Marwan, to your fine question, I would respond that knowledge indeed improves with age.

From a biological point of view, there is an optimum of so-called 'efficiency in performance', also involving aspects related to senescence. A very old ape will not be willing or able to learn new tricks... There is a difference between 'experience based on acquired knowledge' and 'ability to acquire new knowledge'

I really appreciate your insightful and educated thoughts in response to my question above. But I humbly think that knowledge does NOT come with age nor does it improve with it (wisdom does)!
Knowledge come with experience and enthusiasm, hard works and sincerity, it is never directly proportional to age. A young may be more knowledgeable than an old person. Education also plays role as well as atmosphere and surroundings / living standards.
