Time varying gravity fields only differ from electromagnetic fields in that:
1, The forces are axial as opposed to the transverse forces of electro-magnetism.
2, Wavelengths and uncertainties in position, momentum and energy of gravitons must be very much larger. This due to the fact measured gravitational fields are mainly to to motion of large bodies and the size of the gravitational constant of force.
They are the same in that time varying fields of both have been clocked at the speed of light. Energy to move masses in both must be transferred by such time varying fields.
No-a quantum theory of gravity, just like any quantum theory, contains Planck's constant. The numerical value of Planck's constant isn't that significant, since it's a dimensionful quantity, so its value can be set to any non-zero number. What matters is what it means, namely it provides a measure of the coupling of the system to a bath.
The statements 1 and 2 are incorrect.
Furthermore, the fundamental difference between gravity and electromagnetism is that the gauge group of gravity, the group of diffeomorphisms is non-compact, whereas the gauge group of electromagnetism, the group U(1), is compact. Therefore the volume of the former is infinite and of the former is finite. That's why the methods that have been used to construct quantum electrodynamics can't be applied to construct a theory of quantum gravity.
Gravitational waves generated by the motion of large bodies must have large wave lengths just from geometry. Measured gravitational waves came from astronomical bodies like the moon. All else being equal the uncertainty in position of waves are linearly dependent wavelength. The above is not talking about theories that call one or more of nuclear forces in an atom gravity.
The Newtonian treatment of gravity, electric and magnetic fields are consistent. If The Lagrangian of gravity and electric fields of a single sign charge have the same form. One would need to invent and find a negative gravitational charge to get polar gravitational fields. But the above question does not require every electro magnetic field's geometry be reproduceable in gravitational fields. Only that gravitational fields' geometry be reproduceable in electric fields. Since there quantum theories for any electric field, there should be one for any gravitational field with corresponding geometry.
Once more: While both electromagnetic waves and gravitational waves travel at the speed of light, their other properties-in particular polarization-are different. And this is well understood. There’s no dipole component in the radiation of gravitational waves, for instance.
Regarding quantum properties, the fundamental obstacle is the non-compactness of the gauge group for gravity.
A quantum theory of gravity must derive a gravitational effect from quantum mechanical effects with terms containing ħ. I was developing a wave-based model of an electron when I unexpectantly discovered the model was generating both an electron’s gravitational and electromagnetic forces. The model generated several predictions about the electron’s gravitational and electromagnetic properties that have been proven correct.

This is clearly a quantum gravity equation because the left side is from general relativity and the right side is quantum mechanical terms incorporating ħ. This analysis of electrons also generates equations that prove an electron’s gravitational and electrostatic forces are closely related. This implies important insights into gravity can be obtained from the electron's quantum mechanical properties.
