I have a fluid with few particles mixed. The fluid and the particles are flowing in a tube. I could see the particles are getting deposited on the tube surface. Now, i wish to decrease the particles deposition.
Does increasing the tube length and decreasing the tube diameter, decreases the particles deposition ?

Reducing the diameter will increase your fluid velocity and thus you will see less deposition. If your fluid is a gas, look for papers on: Minimum gas velocity for horizontal transport" Wirth, Rizk and Matsumoto have good correlation.
Also there in Chapter 5 of Perry's Chemical Engineering Handbook, you will find relevant information.
You must also consider pressure drop, pumping power consumption, heat transfer coefficients, and surface area. It is quite challenging to optimize all of these things plus discourage particle deposition. This is why equipment designers and operators often turn to other solutions, including: chemical additives, brushes, and recirculating abrasive sponge balls.
