However on the other side there are risks of nutritional deficiency , dehydration . Secondly , the latest concept suggests cancer causing mutation risk increases at the time of refeeding . Literature also suggest avoiding high sugar , fat and taking probiotics, spinach , vegetable siupo with hydration. Further discussion is welcomed.
