I am working on perovskite solar cells. The current structure is like

FTO/c-TiO2(spray)/mp-TiO2(spin-coating)-Cs5MAFAPbIBr perovskite (spin-coating)/HTM Spiro-OMeTAD(spin-coating)/Au (Electron beam evaporation).

I don't have access to the thermal evaporator so I am using E-beam evaporator.

For Ebeam, samples don't get hot because the distance between samples and source is more than 50cm, but we don't know if electron beam itself damages the samples. There are some papers but all of them studied the effect of microscope electron beam irradiation on perovskite. They didn't use Ebeam evaporation for gold deposition.

The J-V curve and XRD spectrum are attached.

Any comment is really appreciated.

Thanks!
