It is recommended to eat tea after eating at least an hour is better so that the body to absorb the nutrients useful food.
Quite honestly I am not sure - we are all different and what we eat is also very different - as a vegetarian digestion is usually easier than when eating heavier meals but I really take liquids with my meal but sometimes after eating, I drink something hot - like water and ginger.
