From my point of view, e-learning alone will not succeed without traditional learning. Furthermore, I see that e-learning hasn't achieved the desired aims or results for developing countries and traditional learning is better. This is because there are many black offices for solving exam questions!! These offices made online learning a trading stock that resembles the slave-market.
At least, the hybrid learning of both of them is better than the traditional one.
In any way, exams must be inside the educational institutes with the physical attendance of the students.

I agree with your observations. But still, we are in a pandemic situation. Safety measures and precautions are the way to fight the disease. So everyone concerns about social distancing.
Here, the faculty of school/college/university may follow safety measures and take exams in their institution. It will take a lot of effort to make it work, but it can be possible. The safety measure can be:
1. Compulsory rule for wearing a mask.
2. Ensure social distancing among candidates.
3. Check temperature before entering the exam venue.
4. Ensure sanitization.

I would like to know your experience with effective online design for your field. In some fields, there is difficulty moving online. In some cases instructors, students, and even cultural expectations within the college and community must adjust. it can be done. Covid-19 education is leading yo many new ideas because so many have been forced to be creative because in-person learning is not a possibility right now.
Yes, this is a problem all through the world, and frankly has existed long before virtual classes. To combat it, you may need to design Courses with an eye toward exams that are different. You can have students work in groups, you can have student online at the same time, you can require presentations (it becomes obvious who knows the material and who is reading.) But I think you are right that we can’t just use the same kind of testing and essays.

COVID-19 has forced educational institutions to adopt their training in a digitized way, due to the risks of contagion existing in traditional teaching. In many universities the objectives have not been met, due to a poor and rapid adaptation to the E-learning model, which requires an adequate adaptation of the contents and the evaluation. The black market exists in both traditional and virtual training, and I don't think it was the main problem that caused the objectives to not be met. The students also copy, use headphones and try to copy in the exams that are taken in person.

However, I think there's something more important to look at with this discussion: with the access to the internet and the ability for students to find either the direct answer, or an online service that will compute complex problems for them, educators should be turning away from wrote memorization with a searchable answer, and instead focus on the teaching of how to access that information through the growing sea of falsehoods and how to apply it rationally. Too many teachers are focused on cracking down on students using the resources available to them, and not on adapting their teaching styles to incorporate the now substantially higher base knowledge allowed with the internet. We're missing a very large opportunity to instill critical thinking into today's youth.

From my point of view i strongly beliave tha convid 19 has increase education's black market when it comes to the liability of examinations. My opinion is that the world educational society never prepare it's self in that sector, which is as important as the production and development of the L.M.S are.

Dear Nidhal, your question is current but it also represents visions of the teaching-learning process that have been debated for decades. There are teachers and advisors who focus primarily on the final result and behavior control. Others, with whom I place myself, focus on the meanings and motivation for learning and prioritize the process of task development. The results will be more consistent and qualitative. Undoubtedly, face-to-face examinations reduce the risk of fraud. My view is that a motivated and committed student, being guided by a teacher really involved, reduces the sense of excessive physical control of the exam.
I agreed that the present situation is too challenging for all of us. The education process during such a period is disturbed. We are trying to reach the students through different modes but it is not sufficient. It is difficult to maintain quality education in such a period.

Unfortunately, online and open book exams taken by students at home have negatively affected the quality of education, the integrity of the entire process and the value of degrees granted to graduates. As a teacher and examiner, I found it very challenging to write questions whose answers wouldn’t be two clicks away from any student especially in the humanities. As to outside help groups, I can’t even start because it’s too humiliating.

e-learning have thought me how to be self dependent , How I can find answers for my questions and problems, Now I spend more time looking up on the internet for solutions and resources to help me in my studies, Even though I see this helped me in understanding and raising my knowledge but most of the time I end up finding paid resources which I think is a disadvantage of e learning, And as you mentioned thus may increase the black market of education as there is no reference to help students and we have lost the interaction between students and the doctors, So until we find a vaccine to (covid-19) we must team up as student and as a doctor in order to get the best of our experience in e-learning, And add what we have learned to our traditional learning to get the perfect hybrid learning program in the future.
