I have some questions about the analysis:
- can we analyse image taken with OBJ4X or we should only use 10X images?
-how many images per well (96plate) do you take? shall i take images to have the whole well or i take random images from each well?
-what are the parametres you use for the analysis (nodes, segment, meshes, total lengh...?

Nait Eldjoudi Amina, I use Fiji ImageJ for quantifying tube formation, with the plugin Angiogenesis Analyzer, and opt for total tube length and mesh for the quantification purpose. I prefer 4x for taking the images and it works absolutely fine.
