I am interested to know the scale, questionnaire for which we can measure the attitude of teachers towards the use of ICT in teaching-learning process.
ICT make easy to use and interest student want to learn. but some time the teacher only give the student about module used ICT and explain about the material. the teacher not research about , how the effective teaching use the ICT.

The EU does research on attitudes of teachers in different member states:

This is an active research area with seminal work on adoption of innovation broadly and on technology acceptance among educators more specifically. Diffusion of Innovation is a classic text by Everett Rogers and provides a conceptual framework that is widely referenced on the general level. Additional research using conceptual frameworks relevant to educators include the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Concerned Based Adoption Models (CBAM). See

For a recent review of these and reference to a survey that you may find useful.
I have proposed together with D. Joye a general way of assessing an individual's orientation towards ICT use - maybe this is helpful to you in defining criteriy for a respective scale for teachers:
Täube, Volker G. and D. Joye (2002), "Determinants of Internet use in Switzerland: Structural disparities and new technologies", in: W. Glatzer (Ed.), Rich and Poor, Dordrecht: Kluwer Academic Publishers, S. 73-86.
I would suggest for you to check the CBAM framework as it provides 3 different tools that you can use for measuring teachers attitude towards educational innovation or ICT. the framework have the following tools:
1. CBAM's Stages of Concern
2. CBAM's Level of Use
3. CBAM's Configuration Maps
moreover you can look at my paper that i published recently about using CBAM's Stages of Concern.

Dear Dr. Husain, in line with contemporary acceptable research procedures, using questionnaire as an instrument for determining teachers' attitude is not one of global best practices in the field of educational technology, in which ICT tools and applications are often utilized, adapted and evaluated. You could have made use of an inventory rather, in order to ensure proper validity as well as enhance the acceptability of your conclusion thereafter. With best regards.
