Does anyone knows the monochromator specs for a Rigaku Miniflex diffractometer?

Hello there.

We started to run PROFEX to perform Rietveld refinement in soil and rock samples. All the specs for the Rigaku Miniflex II are already set in the software except the angle and distance of the monochromator. We could not find it in the equipment documentation either. Does anyone can help?
