I have not, much to my frustration. I hope to in the next year or so, but I figured it might well be worth it to see if there were any on here who might have the information I'm seeking.

Ah, thank you Ioan Albu— unfortunately, that book is for the Church of Our Lady of the city of Saint Olmer, and not of the city of Calais. It seems almost every market town had a church of Our Lady in it. Still, I will try to follow up on the publisher of the book you linked, and see if that yields any answers. Many thanks!
