Does anyone know where I can obtain the pTC40 plasmid?

I'm looking to use the pTC40 plasmid (with LacZ driven by the pBAD promoter) and can’t seem to locate it or its sequence anywhere. Does anyone know where I can obtain this? Thanks in advance.
