I have already fabricated the working electrode( Fictionalized CNTs with acid and immobilized glucose oxidase on it) and now I want to use it for IV observations but unfortunately it takes time to order glucose solution (glucose dissolved in PBS solution) to find the activity of the sensor .Is there any suggestions for a temporary solution contain same rate of glucose instead of glucose solution for the Electrochemical apparatus measurements ?

Since you bought the glucose solution, and you did not prepared it by yourself, you can use another font of glucose, as sugar, but since sugar have other molecules that are not glucose you can not have an accurate and real response for glucose, but at least you can see if this work, but anyway you will need a solution of pure glucose.
