My experience and assumption is that consumers typically don't or in a low degree actually use advanced cooking features in modern medium to high end appliances.

Features like pyrolytic cleaning, cooking with added steam or micro combination in ovens, sensor assisted cooking, smart / wifi /remote control cooking or operation.

If this assumption is right, there might be some innovative ways to solve this, creating more satisfied consumers.
