Good afternoon, we are currently working on a project wich seeks to investigate the NONHSAG011351 lncRNA expression in T1DM patients and healthy controls. Here we use the TaqMan expression system for quantitative RT-PCR analysis. However, in the literature and databases that we have access, we could not find the NONHSAG011351 sequence, to be able to draw its primers and probe. Therefore, does anyone know this sequence? Or could you help us in any way?

In noncode.org ( http://www.noncode.org/show_gene.php?id=NONHSAG011351 ) you can find the exact position in the genome. Isn't that enough to find the sequence in the reference genome?

May be you could simply use published Taqman primers and probe for this RNA. See Supplementary Table S1 in Kaur et al. 2016 [PMID: 26450151 DOI: 10.1016/j.mce.2015.10.002]
