Dear colleague, I was not able to find Cp just for these conditions and perhaps nobody will be able, but there is the following information:
For 80% ethanol at 40C - 0.72 and at 60C - 0.77
For 60% ethanol at 40C - 0.79 and at 60C - 0.83
You can interpolate twice and find that you need. It will be near to the real value. Finally if you work in SI system you must multiply the value obtained by 4190.
