Recently, I'm constructing the colon cancer mouse model by using Tyler Jacks lab's Apcfle1-15 mice which we get from the Jackson Lab. We need mating the homozygous Apcfle1-15 with our knockout mice. But we notice that the Jackson Lab's genotyping protocol cannot distinguish heterozygous from homozygous animals. And when I look up Tyler Jacks's oncogene paper(Complete deletion of Apc results in severe polyposis in mice), I didn't find anything to help with the genotyping primers design.

So, I'm looking forward to some information useful to genotype the homozygous Apcfle1-15 .
