We know that the low dose of aspirin is used as an anti-platelet medicine, which means it reduces the risk of clots forming in patient's blood and are being used world wide because of low cost and less side effect. But some of the people has found that this drug are not working properly and data shows that this drug is resistant to some patients. If we want to establish a diagnostic method to find out this group who are resistant to this medicine, which will be the cost effective method for that?

Thank for your question as because it becoming an important issue to find out any of adverse reaction or side effect, as a good numbers of patients are taking this drug. And According to Kajan information, its the risk allele which cause problems in Aspirin or others anticoagulant drug potentiation.

Thank you Nahid for your good feedback. A serology test is being done for the detection of Aspirin activity in human body but we are not getting any established method for the detection of the mutation regarding Aspirin inactivity. I already searched lots of website to find out that.
