Does anyone know the equivalent temperature of a 65֯ C oil bath heating for a vacuum or water bath heating?

I need to look for alternatives to oil bath heating. However, before I do so, I need to understand its physical properties to determine the equivalent temperature in a vacuum and water bath.

Would appreciate any recommendations.
