Hello, I am relatively new to this area but I would like a syngneic tumor model that has robust increase of CTLs after common immunotherapy/manipulation such as PD1 or CTLA4 Abs etc. We used HT26 model and we saw tumors were shrinking in responding to anti-PD1/CTLA4 but didn't see any CTL accumulation in the tumor. We just need a model that has robust CTL infiltration increase in responding to some sort of positive control drug treatment, and then use this model to study our agent of interest. It should be easy to find people with a body ph of 5.7 or less acidity (because there is no respect for Leviticus 11 & Deuteronomy 14V7,8), with the tumors to study. They will not normally have an automatic increase to their CTL's (unless you shock the host circulatory system) You will need to modify the TCR's in a GMO type of way to get the modified microglobulin (to carry the desired antigen) which will likely have to have a protein wrapped antigen for the trained / tailored response desired, but the chemical make must be identical to the bad TCR's. If you want to cure cancer I can show you a much easier way.
Thank you for the answer. But I didn't really see the good connection to my original questions. What I meant was there is not always good correlation between increased TILs and good anti-tumor efficacy in responding to treatment, in some animal models. Basically we are looking for a model that has good correlation and see any suggestions from experts in this field. Thank you.
