Does anyone know or possess an antibody which recognizes haemophilus influenzae type B both encapsulated and unencapsulated variants?

I am looking for an antibody, which can be used for immunofluorescence and which recognizes both encapsulated and nonencapsulated haemophilus influenzae. I don`t want to distinguish several serotypes, So it also can be an antibody against a common antigen of haemophilus with exception of the capsule. Thanks for helping.

There doesn't seem to be a commercially-available antibody that will work for you, but there are antibodies against Protein D (found on both encapsulated and unencapsulated HiB) that researchers have generated for their own use. You could find one of these studies, contact the authors, and cross your fingers.
