We are interested in assessing the kinetic of binding of STAT3 to the IL-10R in mouse T lymphocytes, but we are having a hard time finding a reliable anti-mouse-IL-10R antibody (that possibly works with or without IL-10 bound to the receptor and that actually recognizes the receptor and not other proteins...).
Has anyone any experience with it?

Thank you for the info. Unfortunately, all those antibodies recognize IL-10, while we are looking to detect the receptor (IL-10R). Do you have any info on this?
Thank you Romain. Those plots look great, but as you point out, the antibody they used is specific for humans and does not cross-react with mouse... Additionally, our other limiting factor is that we would like an anti-IL-10R antibody that does not compete with IL-10 for recognition of the receptor... Seems like a very difficult quest...
