There are a number of stressful event checklists for college students. Most are based on Holmes and Rahe's work (see attached). The "College Student Recent Life Experiences Scale" is more aligned with the Perceived Stress Scale and might also be useful. The most comprehensive and current measure is the STRAIN. An example of the use of that scale is also attached.
