Hi,

does anyone know if the insertion site of the mouse OT1 transgene (C57BL/6-Tg(TcraTcrb)1100Mjb/J or https://www.jax.org/strain/003831) has ever been mapped?

Would be nice to have a het vs hom end point PCR strategy.
