Does anyone know if Calcusyn can still be downloaded?

May I ask if Calcusyn can still be download anywhere for use to calculate synergism for inhibitors? I am quite happy to pay for the software but I have looked in multiple places and it seems that it is no longer available. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you
