Does anyone know how to prepare the bromophenol blue solution to determine the Quaternary Ammonium Compound?
Javiera F Rubilar
0.15 g of bromophenol blue is dissolved in 200 ml of 0.01 N NaOH solution. To the solution is then poured 42 ml of 0.1N HCl solution.
Thank you very much!
