I believe that Clausius-Clapeyron can only be used for gas adsorbates and it helps you study the surface heterogeneity. Alternatively, I have seen dH calculated with the van't Hoff equation for adsorbates on other phases and to calculates dG and dS.

My main issue is that I don't know how exchangeable these two values are and I would really appreciated if someone could explain it to me.
