I make silicon nanoparticles dispersed in ethanol. the size is 5~10 nm.
and i will use capping agent to stop oxidation and to precipitate from acetone.
does anyone know how to precipitate SiNP from aceone. im looking for
surfactant. let me know
There mibht be a simpler way to precipitation. Try - water or hydrocarbon, e.g. Hexane.
Regards, Leonid
Try 25 % ammonium solution drop wise then centrifuged for 30 minutes , Therafter do the ultrasonication for 3 hours then calcination upto 600 degree centigrade.
