Does anyone know how to calculate the depth-slope product in an irregular channel OpenFOAM mesh?

I want to determine the depth-slope product (shear stress) of my irregular channel. I expect to calculate the value corresponding to each cell. Is there a way to determine the depth-slope product (shear stress) in the OpenFOAM CFD solver?
