I can Make in matlab all the mathematical operation with matrix instead of numbers?

or wich is the best way to analyze my results.

Another question is about the nature of my results, because the simulator is determinist, so the result of the replicate is equal, I add a random matrix with distribution N(0,1), for have variability, is valid my trick?
