yes. Here in the University of Flensburg we do have several cluster. As we have a focus on Energy and Environmental Management the clusters are related e.g. for Wind and BioGas. Currently I am starting a Sustainable Innovation and Entrepreneurship Programm for the Masterclass of Developing Countries as a Courseware to invite SME´s to move their ideas to a programm called Horizon 2020 which was set up from the European Union (budget 70 Bill. €).
