HICO HDF5 files are compatible with NASA SeaDAS 7.0 and higher software.

HICO has 128 bands (or 384), but the processing code in SeaDAS 7.x currently only supports multispectral instruments.

So, SeaDAS only reads in the bands that match the MERIS band set. This means that we can produce the same products with HICO  that we can produce with MERIS.

Thank you M. Awad, but if i want to atmospherically some other bands and use them for study? is there any other way?

I've got connections to your question in so many ways. 

However, the easiest method is likely to use the tool that calls it at this HICO OSU website.  Go to the HICO website at OSU.

There are currently two ways to access the tool.  The first is from the “HICO Sample Image Gallery” webpage, which is open to the public.  This webpage provides access to twelve of HICO’s best images.  Accompanying each image is a “process to L2” button which provides access to the tool for that particular scene.

If you are a HICO user, I think you can use the tool for any image. The tool runs at the OSU computers.

To carry out atmospheric correction, you need to estimate raylegih radiance and aerosol radiance. Estimation of rayleigh radiance is straight forwrad. However, aerosol radiance is not. Hence depending on the area of study (if your area of study is highly turbid water column, then you can't use NIR bands for aerosol correction as a part of atm correction. Becs even you can expect water leaving radinace in these bands. Under such circumstance, you need to derive AOD using sunphotometer and estimate aerosol radiance with many assumption like aerosol is spherical ....etc.  you can decide whether to use NIR received values for aerosol correction as a part of atm correction or go ahead with generating AOD and subseuest computation of aerosol radiance.
