Dear Anushree, I have worked with a human "dendritic cell line" called Mutz3 more than 10 years ago. I cannot advice to use such a line as it is derived from a bloodborn Tumor and not stable in respect to surface receptor expression and cytokine demand.
I would suggest to isolate DCs from fresh blood using the same donor.
Try the ATCC NK-92 cell line. You will need huIL-2 to maintain them. Although horse serum is recommended by ATCC, we had better results without. Lonza has human monocyte-DC. Check the links.
Thank you for your response. The human DC with Lonza are primary cells. I was looking for human DC lines as they are good for repetitive and multiple studies.
To my knowledge, there are very few if any mouse NK cell lines available. You can check this one out it is an immature mouse NK line: https://www.kerafast.com/product/2099/natural-killer-cell-line-kil
I haven't used it though, so i don't know anything about its properties.
