I want to get pure diselenide substrate but in the rxn mixture both selenides and diselenides are forming. and both have the same retaintion factor value. so, I am not able to separate it through liquid chromatography technique.

Check for the solubility of diselenide and monoselenide. Monoselenides are usually soluble in methanol or ethanol and diselenides are soluble in chloroform. Recrystallize in suitable solvent.
