We attached trap nests to trees and added some grease above and below the traps but as our field samplings are carried out once a month the grease strips get dry and are not working as a barrier against the ants. Tanglefoot also gets dry after some time. We were trying to find a different method to prevent the attack of ants since they are quite abundant around here. Thank you.
