I need the standard and real sizes(width) of rat brain hippocampal layers( morphometry)(layers include Hippocampal polymorphic layer, Hippocampal cell layer and Hippocampal molecular layer) to compare them with my morphometric results. Can anyone help me find them?
The best way would be to measure them using an adequate software. Concerning standard sizes, the atlas of Paxinos might be a good choice. However, the sizes of the hippocampal fields vary among the different rat strains and may vary dependend on theage and sex of the animal.

Actually I've measured them by 2 softwares, DinoCapture & ImageTool.I want to be sure about their sizes.I'll try atlas of Paxinos.
