I am looking for an analytical framework for analysis and evaluation of learners' perceptions about Online Classes (CALL tools) efficacy. During my surfings through Internet, I came up with two models: SWOT and TPACK. Since the latter is more concerned with teachers (I suppose), I wonder wether I can use SWOT model? If not, I appreciate you if guide me to find an appropriate framework for analysis of my data.
