You can try PEG 6000 at 10% (m/v)

Dear Priyanka,

You could try to used PEG 6000 at different concentration i.e., 0% control, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%in primary hydroponic experiments for seedling test. Also, you could used the different concentration at germination stage. After that you know the critical point for your plant.
