Generally, soil infiltration should be determined ly experimentally. Because it is depend of many factors. However, you can get very rough value based on soil texture. First you have to classify the soil texture in accordance with soil texture triangle. Then use a pool literature records for the estimation.

Have you tried searching the literature? There are numerous methods available some of which I have authored! There are also numerous surrogate methods using pedotransfer functions. These will not work as well as measurements, as they are based on statistical fitting to other parameters and will best fit around the mean of the parameters. Try using google scholar!
