I am working on DEVS and I search for some Java-based simulation tool that supports the Dynamic Structure DEVS (DSDEVS) formalism. I have worked on MS4ME but I suspect that this tool does not support DSDEVS, i.e., reconfiguration of the simulation on the fly. May you suggest me some tool that suitably supports DSDEVS?

I've never heard of any Java-based tool for DSDEVS, but JAMES II (JAva-based Multipurpose Environment for Simulation) implement DynDEVS:
- Himmelspach, Jan, and Adelinde M. Uhrmacher. "Plug'n simulate, IEEE, 2007.

Well, I am working on MS4ME, which is a Java-based tool for DEVS. And during my research last days, I found a paper that says that even this environment implements DSDEVS, but I could not check it yet.

Close to MS4ME, you have DEVS-Suite. As far as I remember, it's a JAVA based tool able to manage dynamic structure simulations too.
