Under water WSN is little bit difficult to simulate. I dont think codes are available readily. You have to develop the codes according to your constraints like at what depth and in waht symmetry you are going to place, what type of sensor, what you want to measure and all these differ for each application. So what application you have in mind you formulate and then try to code in MATLAB.
