Does anyone have the sequence information of pEALSR1 and pEALSR2L5R5 (two vectors that harbor the RNA1 and RNA2 sequence of apple latent spherical virus )

If you cant find the maps i strongly recommend doing full-plasmid sequencing. (Actually I recommend doing that regardless, its very cheap now).
