In the current version 7.7 there is no parameter for transpiration efficiency and the critical leaf N concentration for CO2 concentration above 350 ppm.

Looking for the wheat documentation, the crop model use a factor to adjust RUE following a exponential curve in function of temperature and CO2 concentration, which is defined to the C3 crops (I did the simulation to confirm). Transpiration efficiency and the critical leaf N concentration can be find research for soybean that measured these changes. The following paper is about how they parameterized the model for wheat.
