Dear Ali,

Our research group is working on bacterial/microbial concrete studies. In my opinion you can go for RCPT (ASTM C1202), Porosity (ASTM C642), sorptivity, water permeability, mercury intrusion porosimetry to check the permeability of concrete or mortar. I don't think there is any special codes for bacterial concrete or mortar.

As in bacterial concrete/mortar, bacteria not only fills the crack or not a surface treatment but also acts a filler or plugging material for the pores in the concrete/mortar matrix.
